Just for my family scrapbook so I will remember this years down the road, both of my children have had the FLU this week and Jay is in Israel for 2 weeks. They got sick the day before Jay left. I am far too sleep deprived to write any details, but this is by far the sickest my children have ever been (and we've had some nasty viruses this year). After 8 days, we may see a light at the end of the tunnel, but we still have 1 more week until Jay comes home. Thank you mom, for literally putting your life on hold to help me 24/7 with this sick babies. Thank you Dad for sharing her with me. It would have been an impossible task to care for both of them without help.

My privilege to share Mom. That is what parents/grandparents are for. to invest their lives in their children and grandchildren - alwas stricking the balance an finding the boundaries. We are so blest to have the privilege of you in the same city at this season of life. I am not sure we would have made it otherwise the past two years.
