"Out of the mouth of babes"....

Since Elijah Brooks was probably about 6 months old, I have been working with him on the sign language to the first children's catechism which asks the question, "Who made you"?  He has learned to sign, "God". Since he started talking he stopped signing and just says, "God" when I ask him the question.  Tonight in the bathtub, I was working with him again and asked him the question, fully expecting him to say, "God" like he usually does.  However, when asked the question, "Elijah Brooks, who made you?", his answer was, "DADDY"!   He was as serious as he could be and it was completely unprovoked.  I guess he's half right though.  Smart kid!!!
