Since Elijah Brooks is taking a few steps here and there now, I thought it was time to get him some shoes. I know the people at church probably think that we are so poor we can't afford shoes for our child, since he has been only wearing socks!! They aren't too far off in their thinking :)
He is able to walk now holding on to our hands, but hasn't quite taken off on his own yet. With his 1st birthday quickly approaching, it just might happen this weekend! And yes, I strategically placed his shoes for this picture..., no making fun! Hey, I have to have pictures of his first shoes so that I will remember what they looked like. Side note: they are 24 month size!

love the shoes! addie couldnt ever wear those because her feet were too chubby! :) we had to go straight to squeakers! cant wait to see them on him!
